By accessing, registering on, or using the agen108 platform available at agen108.one (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use agen108, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of agen108, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from agen108 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering on agen108, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. agen108 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

To access real-money gaming features on agen108, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on agen108. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your agen108 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account after each session on shared or public devices;
• Notify agen108 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

agen108 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified agen108 of a security breach in a timely manner.

Know Your Customer (KYC). agen108 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documents requested as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

agen108 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your agen108 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the deposit page within your account. agen108 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
• Any active bonus funds must comply with applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• agen108 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

Prohibited Transactions. The use of any payment method not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. agen108 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted on agen108.

agen108 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, agen108 will notify you and, where applicable, return funds to the originating payment method.

agen108 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on agen108, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all agen108 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• agen108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on agen108 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with agen108 games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through agen108;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the agen108 platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing agen108 staff or other players;
• Accessing agen108 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

agen108 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

All content on the agen108 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of agen108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the agen108 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from agen108 without prior written consent;
• Use agen108 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner;
• Create derivative works based on agen108 content;
• Use agen108 content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of agen108 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by agen108.

agen108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using agen108, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

agen108 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the agen108 platform.

agen108 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, agen108 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the agen108 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

agen108's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

agen108 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available " basis.

agen108 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your agen108 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification;
• Any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited;
• Your account data will be retained for the period required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of agen108, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, agen108 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a formal complaint to our support team, and agen108 will respond within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority.

agen108 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, agen108 will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at agen108.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of agen108 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using agen108 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
